Obtained through the fermentation of selected grapes with total destemmed, soft pressing and temperature control.

 

SERVICE SUGGESTIONS

It goes well with fish, white meat, and hunt meat. It should be served at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.

 

TASTING NOTES

Fragrance: Intense, fruity, with apple and lime notes.

Taste: Smooth, fresh, fruity and young.

Aftertaste: Refreshing and fine.

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Produced from selected grapes, with controlled fermentation temperature in stainless steel vats. The final blend was made with 30% of the wine aged in French and American oak for 1 year, in order to give more complexity and body to the wine.

SERVICE SUGGESTIONS

It's perfect with lamb stew, goat or cured cheeses. It should be served at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.

TASTING NOTES

Fragrance: Complex aroma with floral, woodland fruits and French oak notes.

Taste: Velvety and elegant with a good balance between its alcohol and acidity.

Aftertaste: Good persistence, highlighting the characteristics of these grape varieties.

TASTING NOTES

Fragrance: Combines ripe fruit with dry fruit and cinnamon.

Aftertaste: Is a blend selected and matured in small oak vats called pipes.
